Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Proposers to provide full dedicated hosting and possible related software support services (e.g., bug fixes, security patches, regulatory updates, 3rd party integrations, single signon, security audits/logging, monitoring, etc…) and/or consulting services for the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which is comprised of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management System (FSCM), PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System (HCM), PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal (Interaction Hub), PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS), PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK), PeopleBooks, and several Legacy Databases (accessible only via SQL at the database level). These systems together will be known as the ERP system throughout this RFP. In addition, CCC would like to have the option of potentially hosting other systems (non-PeopleSoft) that are utilized by CCC and may or may not be integrated with PeopleSoft.
