Bid shall include all taxes, fees, service charges and miscellaneous cost. (No additional costs will be allowed) All associated setup/takedown cost shall be included in meeting space bid. The total expense should be entered on the line item for the meeting rooms. Space for event check-in and registration. Catering for estimated quantity of 130 attendees, consisting of: Bid shall include all taxes, fees, service charges and miscellaneous cost. (No additional costs will be allowed) Final menu to be coordinated after award within offerors quoted per person price. Final person count is subject to final attendee registration count. Dinner (Buffet) on October 25, 2018: for an estimated 130 attendees. Attendance for this portion of the event will be a majority youth in care and the menu should be representative of youth.
