Specifications include, but are not limited to: Shapiro Center needs to upgrade the current Freon R22 to 410A or a current EISA compliant standards for walk in cooler/freezers. It also needs repair and maintenance for the for the following, but not limited to; replace line sets as needed, solenoid valves, ball valves shutoffs to insulate fan coils, temp controls and defrost timers, evaporator coils, condensers, compressors, isolation valves (both high and low), 3 phase disconnects, 3 phase pole breakers, and fan coils. The walk-in cooler/freezers that are failing require new refrigeration systems using current EISA (Energy Independence and Security Act) compliant equipment and systems. This work needs to be awarded to a contractor capable of selecting the proper sized refrigeration system required for each walk-in, supplying the components and installing the system. This work will require a site visit prior to bidding. The specs on the freezer/coolers in need of current repair, but are not limited to only these coolers/freezers, are listed below: 1. Veggie Cooler #119 - 18x13x10 - 120ft from the compressor - 208v single phase - 2,340 cubic feet 2. Meat freezer/Butcher Shop #116 - 22x26x9 - 200ft from the compressor - 208v 3 phase - 5,149 cubic feet 3. Meat Freezer 12x22x18 - 180ft from the compressor - 208v 3 phase - 2,112 cubic feet 1 year warranty upon completion Cooler/freezers must be fully mechanically operable upon completion.
