Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A system that can quickly communicate with parents/guardians directly (via text, email, phone) and tracks the communication with parents/guardians • Must integrate with Infinite Campus • Must have a mobile application that is easy to use for both parents and staff. • Accessible for parents/guardians with 2-factor authentication for security purposes • HIPAA/FERPA compliant • Ability to translate information into Spanish/or other languages for effective community relationships (multi-lingual) • Immunization tracking for compliance and IL state reporting • Physical tracking for compliance and IL state reporting • Sports physical tracking for participation compliance • Vision and hearing tracking for failures/follow-ups/IL state reporting • Dental tracking for IL state reporting • Health office visit documentation that is nursing based, allows for thorough assessment and follow up as well as parent notification • Ability to send required forms to parents for completion • A secure system that allows partial access to those that need it ( registrars, athletic secretaries, CERTs, admin) • Medication administration and documentation system that is nursing based for transparency, accountability, and IL compliance (legal) • An electronic system that would house all medical records and forms allowing the students to journey through pre-K to high school graduation without loss of accidental loss of folders, forms, etc. • A system that allows comprehensive and easily accessible reports to identify potential infection control or illness-related trends for student and staff safety. • Offers student self-check-in from their phone or device in the waiting area to promote self-sufficiency and privacy for older students.
