Mandatory PRE-BID MEETING
A mandatory pre bid meeting will take place on September 3, 2019 at 10:00 am at: Peoria County Animal Protection Services, 2600 NE Perry, Peoria IL 61603.

PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details. In addition to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements, General Contractors will be required to submit names of any/all subcontractors to be used on this project and both G/C and subs will be required to submit a “Certificate of Apprenticeship and Training” with bid response.
