Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor must deliver the trainings at two (2) different times throughout the contract term, at two (2) different locations, as determined by the Department. Participants will also be determined by the Department. 2. The Contractor must be responsible for developing the necessary training curriculum and materials, and for providing their curriculum vitae (CV) to the Department for approval showing the trainer’s respective experience and or knowledge of Packaging and Shipping Division 6.2 Dangerous Goods prior to the award of a contract. 3. The Contractor must determine the appropriate length needed for each training session and must provide this information to the Department upon request. 4. The Contractor must be responsible for the preparation and collection of a participant sign-in sheet for each training. This sign-in sheet should be turned into the Department no later than ten (10) days after the close of the training. 5. The Contractor must administer a participant assessment at the end of the training and award continuing education credits (CEUs) and a certificate showing the CEUs to each participant who completes the training and passes the assessment. 6. The Contractor must develop a mechanism to solicit post-training evaluation feedback from participants which must include the value and effectiveness of the training.
