Specifications include, but are not limited to: Access to Child and Family Services (CFS) training related to Family Centered Practice; Intake; Assessing Safety; Legal Policy and Standards of Practice Guidance; Foster Care Placement/Placement with Relatives and Fictive Kin; Relative Search; Worker Safety and Disclosure/Confidentiality. At the onset of the contract, the Department will provide access to the SharePoint Learning Hub and some initial training (up to four (4) hours of training) as billable per hour per current contracted staff. Additional training may be provided at the discretion of the Department and in collaboration with the Contractor. If new policies, forms, standards, or processes are implemented after the start of the contract and require face-to-face training for implementation, further training will be considered. Access and training to the Department's Child Welfare Information System (iCARE/ecab/ESPI), including family history will be made available through video on-line training and may also be addressed in training webinars or classroom time when available.
