Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A complete remodel of a large portion of the existing lower level of the Old Courthouse (first floor) per the attached Building Permit Construction Document Set and Specifications. 2. All work shall be complete and functioning for all construction, mechanical, electrical, finish trim, and paint as required for complete ”finished,” conditioned operational spaces. 3. The awarded contractor, hereafter referred to as the ”Contractor,” is responsible for complete, professional and safe construction practices which comply with indusutry requirements and standards. 4. New construction/installation shall meet or exceed current applicable codes. 5. Owner shall submit and pay for the building permit. 6. Any garbage, job office and bathroom facilities are the responsibility of the Contractor. 7. Contractor is responsible for any and all required inspections and testing pertaining to building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc., as required.
