Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor must provide services (standard features) as identified in Exhibit F - List of “Accurint* For Government” Standard Features, to end users and ensure immediate/real time responses, with accuracy, and in unlimited quantities, volume, or use. B. Standard features must include the following functions. The Contractor must ensure that: 1. By entering a person’s social security number alone, an accurate and current physical address is available for such purposes as: a. serving legal documents to each party of a child support program (such as to a custodial parent or non-custodial parent); and obtaining signatures to present/file in court, and b. locating parents and relatives for possible permanent placement and familial resources for children in foster care. 2. Multiple end users are able to access services from multiple computers, simultaneously. 3. Data provided from the services is reliable, accurate, current, and have these secondary options available for look up: a. verification dates of addresses, b. birthdate, birth place information, c. parents and family relatives, d. criminal history information, e. death record information, f. other information pertaining to the address, such as if the address is a care facility, and g. whether or not the person being searched can be linked or identified to any property or assets. 4. Data for which too many name matches are given (matches with the same name) is minimal. For example, the end user could possibly research and cross check a few of these name matches, but having to research long lists would be unfavorable to the Department. 5. Services have the capability to compile search results and data into a report document with a variety of formats, such as for quickly downloading in a single document file, or for emailing to another Department staff.
