The Engineering Division of the Boise City Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide preconstruction services for a variety of projects at City owned facilities. Services may include cost estimating, constructability reviews, design reviews, risk quantification, value engineering, scheduling, and other general support for the planning or assistance with public works construction projects. Projects will vary and may include any city owned assets such as parks, fire stations, police stations, wastewater facilities, sewer pipelines and pump stations.
