Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meetings must be held in Boise, Idaho unless other locations are announced and arranged in advance by the Department. Meeting attendance must be in person unless otherwise arranged and approved in advance by the Department. Arrangements considered by the Department may include remote attendance/participation via teleconferencing or videoconferencing. The Contractor must inform the Department in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled meeting. The Contractor may invoice travel expense items to the Department for reimbursement as outlined in the Cost/Billing section of the contract. Travel items will only be reimbursed when arranged and approved by the Department in advance. Travel costs for transportation other than to and from meetings will not be reimbursed.
