Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Specifications a.Software with ability to accommodate data, information and workload needs for the Boise State Athletic Department – 20 teams, approximately 400 student-athletes, coaches, compliance office, business office, financial aid office, recruiting schedules, training schedules, time management plans, and academics. 2.Academics/Student-Athletes a.Shall provide consolidation of Student-Athlete eligibility data to include but not limited to: academic performance and schedule, aid, and degree progress. b.Comprehensive Student Athlete Management 3.NCAA Compliance a.Ability to import Team Schedules and contain functionality that cross references NCAA Bylaw 17 legislation in real time to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and provide proactive alerts to NCAA rules built into the system. b.Maintain Division 1 NCAA Compliance Rules Management and Reporting with the ability to print off squad lists directly from the system. c.Ability to record at the individual, roster, and department level Financial Aid Data for all student athletes with institution specific aid codes recorded and cross reference the Financial Aid Data against all NCAA Bylaw 15 Legislation with real-time reporting of potential compliance issues.
