Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide after-hours telephone answering service for IFP. 2.Must have email/text message and telephone dispatching capabilities that are compatible with Microsoft Outlook email system. 3.Due to the nature of the utility calls, the call information must be dispatched to on-call staff immediately after caller hangs up. 4.Due to the complexity of Utility Services calls, IFP will work with the contractor to develop an Emergency Call procedure, and will review and update that procedure as required. 5.Provide 24-Hour coverage – no extra charge for service on holidays. 6.Must have a Disaster Recovery Plan – provide redundant phone & power systems in case of power failures. Service provider must give to IFP a call protocol tree for backup contact.
