The renovation of the Gene Harris Bandshell structure and adjacent surrounding area including improvements to the lawn seating area to the east. Renovation of the Bandshell includes, but is not limited to, restoration of the structure, roof, and finishes from a recent fire, new partition walls, stairs, railings, doors, and floor overbuild; new restrooms, ceilings, and restoration of the stage area. On the adjacent exterior areas: new concrete ramp system, new concrete stair and sidewalks, Within the lawn seating area, new concrete access path and accessible seating area and new concrete pad for lighting and sound control booth. New electrical and wiring for audio visual systems.
