Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install STARLIMS PH12 on virtual servers – application and database for three environments (Development, System Test and Production). Configure connectivity from laboratory instruments to Data Innovations software (Instrument Manager) on three environments (Development, System Test and Production) to STARLIMS PH12. Migrate data from the existing STARLIMS system to STARLIMS PH12 for three environments (Development, System Test and Production). Migrate and modify report templates (Final reports, QBE and queries) for three environments (Development, System Test and Production). Migrate and modify label templates and test printing to the Zebra printer for three environments (Development, System Test and Production). Modify and test STARLIMS Manager Service & Worker Processes Migrate and validate HL7 messaging to Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Department of Health’s Disease Outbreak Control Division (DOCD). Oversee User Acceptance Testing Provide Technical Training and an Administrator’s Guide for IT staffing for the maintenance of STARLIMS PH12. Provide Go-Live Support and at least 3 months of support after the Go-Live date.
