Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall pick up, receive, process, and recycle/dispose of waste lamps and ballasts, and dispose of transformers per the below requirements. II. Technical/Performance Requirements. The Contractor shall meet the following minimum qualifications and shall provide a written report when requested by the City within three (3) working days: A. Lamp Processing. 1. Contractor shall provide upon request an Environmental Audit Package listing all Federal, State, and Local permits, approvals, authorizations for lamp recycling and conformance to all codes, regulations, and guidelines. 2. Workers who are handling lamp material shall be trained in Hazard Communication pursuant to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 and have specific training for their tasks. Training documentation shall be available for review.
