Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Upon receipt of the Purchase Order from the school and request for installation, the CONTRACTOR shall furnish labor cost, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install the AC Unit. 2. The CONTRACTOR shall verify all dimensions and conditions at the jobsite prior to proceeding with the work. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for verifying location, installation and mounting modifications, electrical requirements, and piping connections to install the new A/C unit, and all other related work needed to complete the project. 3. Furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to install requested units in a classroom. Remove and dispose of properly the existing A/C units if applicable). 4. Furnish Labor and material to install new electrical 220 power for window units. Price per lineal foot.
