Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consists of furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to inspect and maintain storm drain structures under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System(MS4) permit for all 15 airports statewide in Hawaii. Storm drain structures include drain inlets, manholes, trench drains, canals, ditches, pipes, and permanent best management practices (PBMPs). PBMPs include oil water separators (OWS), storm drain filters, hydrodynamic separators, evaporation ponds, infiltration beds, and low impact development measures such as permeable pavement, grassed swales, and bioswales. It is anticipated that the successful contractor will be given a Notice to Proceed (NTP) immediately after the execution of contract.
