Specifications include, but are not limited to: •All work to be performed by licensed electricians according to all applicable Federal, State, County, and HELCO requirements;•All necessary HELCO paperwork to perform installation and connection;•All necessary Hawai’i County paperwork to perform installation;•Installation and concrete encasement of a HELCO-approved galvanized meter pole (6” x 24’) and installation of two 5/8” x 8’ grounding rods at the meter pole as per HELCO standards;•One 1 gang weatherproof box with a 20A duplex TR GFCI WR and weatherproof in-use cover; •One 100A main breaker in the meter main on the galvanized meter pole being installed;•Installation of two 5/8” x 8’ grounding rods to ambient air monitoring station electrical disconnect; •Installation of #2 quadplex cabling from the meter to the aams and installation of same to aamscircuit breaker box;•All needed mobilization/demobilization of heavy equipment;•Electrical wiring to be performed per 2011/2014 NEC;•Any required electrical inspections; •Opening any HELCO service request for the customer.
