Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to the Hawaii Public Procurement Code, Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statues, the State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services (DHS), Med-QUEST Division (MQD), is soliciting sealed proposals from a qualified organization to provide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contracts for data services in support of augmenting the data assets of the Hawaii Medicaid Enterprise environment. This procurement is expected to result in the award of multiple contracts that offers the best overall value to MQD. The actual number of contract awards is at the sole discretion of MQD, and there is no limit to the number of contracts awarded. DHS/MQD will be seeking qualified Contractors referred to as Priority Listed Offerors to provide expertise and experience which will help MQD augment the data assets of the Hawaii Medicaid Enterprise environment. The Work awarded during resulting contract will be done through the execution of a Task Order. Priority Listed Offerors will be given the opportunity to respond to Task Orders requests.
