Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive Assistance, Training, and Educational Resources and Services (CATERS) for Leeward District Schools and Offices. The scope of work expected from Contractors includes, but is not limited to: Planning sessions with complex/school personnel prior to the delivery of professional development sessions(s) to make certain that the Professional Development (PD) meets the specific needs of the school/ complex, delivery of the agreed upon PD, and post/debrief sessions after the PD session to reflect on effectiveness of PD, and determine follow up next steps to ensure future success Implementing best teaching practices Closing the achievement gap Institute whole school reforms based on best practices Implementing and supporting consistency, common core, inclusive practices, Response To Intervention (RTI) and Differentiated Instruction (DI), school design and innovative practices
