Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, Maternal and Child Health Branch (MCHB) is currently seeking the services of an agency to assist as a “Supports Coordinator” for Honolulu County. The projected population to be served are houseless/homeless children and their families not otherwise receiving services and supports. The supports coordinator may also work in collaboration with other private or government agencies already working with the houseless/homeless population for children and families to enhance resources. The role of the supports coordinator would be to identify and provide provisions to houseless/homeless families with children for family strengthening activities.
