Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Human Resources Development (DHRD) is seeking a self-directed learning library, providing a wide-range of learning topics of interest to our State employee base. These topics should range from Microsoft applications, communication to leadership skills for supervisors and managers. The courses offered should be applicable, compelling and engaging, catching the interest and holding the attention of the student. In addition, courses should also be offered in a range of learning options: video, eBook, webinar, and on-demand that appeal to all learning styles and provide printable handouts or study guides to assist with application of skills post-training.
