Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Access Control Subsystem (ACS): The ACS subsystem provides services to: log, manage and control ACS users’ access and role permissions for ACS electronically controlled and managed Access Points. The ACS shall include, but not be limited to: • ACS computational systems: o Servers and installed ACS server software o Workstations and installed ACS client software • An Integrated Badging system for the production to identify and manage user access permissions at ACS controlled Access Points. • ACS communications and field device controllers • ACS network components and infrastructure: Cabling, Fiber, etc • ACS Access Point sensors, relays, buttons, audible sounders, keypad cardreaders, and electronically controlled locking devices 2. Video Monitoring Subsystem (VMS): The VMS subsystem provides services to: log, manage and control VMS video capture and its distribution; viewing; recording and storage. The VMS shall include, but not be limited to: • VMS computational systems: o Servers and installed VMS server software o Workstations and installed VMS client software• VMS communications and field device controllers • VMS network components and infrastructure: Cabling, Fiber, etc • VMS Cameras, Pan-Tilt-Zoom, and mountings. B. Access Point: An ACS monitored and controlled point of access to a restricted area. Users are given access if credentials p
