Perform a geographical (to include Statesboro, Savannah, and Hinesville, Georgia) and professional market comparison for current positions against private industry and higher education including peer and aspirant institutions (http://president.georgiasouthern.edu/peer-institutions/) 3. Recommend a 5-year salary plan. 4. Provide a methodology of evaluating and updating pay scales. 5. Provide documentation, presentations, and training on market comparison and monitoring pay scales 6. Provide a systematic approach to affirmative action 7. Risk assessment of the salary plan for full-time staff employees 8. Methodology for addressing the salary plan 9. Identify positions that are experiencing compression and to what degree in comparison to the study and suggested salary plan 10. Identify gaps in pay for each position in comparison to the study
