Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) requests proposals from qualified service providers for the purchase or lease of uniforms for the DCSD School Nutrition Services (SNS), including cafeteria, maintenance, warehouse and central office staff, on an as needed basis. The proposed services shall include the purchase and lease of uniforms for the DCSD cafeterias, maintenance, warehouse and central office staff, on an as needed basis, in accordance with the requirements of this RFP for School Nutrition Uniform Services. Refer to Attachment Cost Proposal Form and Attachment B, List of DCSD Schools. Services shall include the requirements and terms and conditions stated herein. Services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging all other cost and charges, and all things and services necessary to provide school nutrition uniform services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. There shall be no add-on charges of any kind. DCSD reserves the right to negotiate additional services during the contract. All purchases and services under this contract are on an as needed basis. No quantities or offeror purchases are guaranteed.
