Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minimum Cart Specifications 2.1.1 Cart 1: Two (2), 36-inch (total height including wheels) mobile serving lines with stainless steel or molded fiberglass bodies and slanted upper merchandising shelf. Front (lower) height of slant should be at 54 inches from the ground. 2.1.2 Cart 2: Three (3), 27-inch (total height including wheels) mobile serving lines with stainless steel or molded fiberglass bodies and slanted upper merchandising shelf. Front (lower) height of slant should be at 40 inches from the ground. 2.1.3 Must be able to fit through a standard 36-inch door frame. 2.1.4 Custom graphics to wrap the cart body. Graphics are included as Attachment 1 in this RFP. 2.1.5 Four (4) locking swivel caster wheels 2.1.6 Push handle 2.1.7 Four (4) individual holding wells 2.1.8 Includes full-size tiles to make a flat top 2.1.9 Sufficient number of heating and cooling inserts to hold temperatures in the four wells. 2.1.10 Sufficient room for 250-300 reimbursable breakfasts 2.1.11 Shelving or cabinets underneath to hold items for restocking 2.1.12 Changeable menu board 2.1.13 A powder-coated stainless, laminate, corian, or other countertop that does not appear stainless. Black is preferred. 2.1.14 A collapsible counter to put Point of Sale machine 2.1.15 Delivery to two (2) locations 2.1.16 Assembly and installation of carts; packing material and debris should be removed when assembly is complete.
