Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace the current in-car video systems used by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. This project will involve providing an in-car video system as well as body worn camera (BWC) solution capable of being interlinked through Digital Evidence Management Software (DEMS) that is cloud based. The primary intent of this request for proposal (hereinafter “RFP”) is to enter into an agreement with a contractor capable of providing and installing a system as described (hereinafter referred to as “SYSTEM”). The SYSTEM must incorporate the following standards: 1. Critical reliability 2. Provide system/operator performance statistics 3. Acceptable audio and video quality 4. Acceptable audio, video, data transfer capability 5. Protocols that are open and non-proprietary or can convert to a nonproprietary format 6. Interface with system clocks for accuracy
