Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Minimum tasks performed twice per week o Empty waste bins in all spaces. o Sweep all common area hard floors and as necessary perform spot mopping/wiping to remove minor stains. o Clean glass doors and windows as needed at entrances/exits, kitchen area and lobby area. o Replace tissue, towels, soap and toiletries as needed. o Clean/sanitize restrooms to include urinals, toilets, counters, sinks, faucets and mirrors o Clean kitchen/break area to include countertops, dining table, chairs and sink. Replace paper towels as needed. o Sweep/vacuum entrance mat(s) at main entrance o Sweep/clear area immediately near main entrance • Minimum tasks performed once per week o Vacuum two small conference rooms o Dust hard non-floor surfaces in lobby/main entrance and vacuum small conference room floors as needed o Vacuum Executive Directors office • Minimum tasks performed once per month o Vacuum carpeted individual office spaces (Please propose this item as an optional service with price. These areas denoted in blue on floor plan) o Sweep small space vinyl flooring (These areas denoted in orange on floor plan) o Clean/wipe baseboards in all common areas. (These areas denoted in yellow on floor plan) o Check/replace as needed HVAC air filters located in 3 mechanical spaces.
