Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer will provide the following property and liability insurance coverage to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners (County): Property Coverage (Including Equipment Breakdown Coverage) Real and Personal Property Automobile Physical Damage and Mobile Equipment Comprehensive General Liability Law Enforcement Liability Automobile Liability Errors and Omissions Crime Coverage National Flood Insurance Program Malpractice for emergency medical services Blanket/stated value coverage Crime and blanket bond coverage including statutory bond coverage Coverage for employment related claim included Coverage for entity, authorized volunteers, employee, public officials, commissioners, boards and committees and their members while acting on behalf of the county New construction coverage for properties estimated under $5,000,000.00 (five million dollars) The successful bidder shall provide an itemized listing of losses is provided to the County Director of Human Resources on a quarterly basis. The report should be cumulative to year end and should include at least the date of incident, description, kind of insurance, whether the claim is open or closed and estimated incurred value as of date of report. The successful bidder shall provide professional guidance for maintenance of appropriate coverage; assist the County in identifying new and emerging risks, and provide services necessary for complete and accurate reporting of property values. The successful bidder must provide Comprehensive safety/loss prevention services, at minimum once quarterly. The training must be on-site or within vicinity as well as training on-line, modules, and webinars (topics at minimum: Safety, Management, Corrections, & Law Enforcement) available 24/7. The successful bidder must provide a Public Safety Decision Driving Simulator for Police, Sheriff, and Fire Personnel. The Defensive Driving course for all other employees shall be provided annually by the successful bidder. The successful bidder must provide training presentations materials, to include a video library, for various topics to the County Human Resources Staff as well as provide the trainer for various topics if requested by the County Human Resources Staff. The County Human Resources Staff must have access to establish and maintain employee profiles for the on-line training. The successful bidder must provide new information to the County Human Resources Staff by networking with other Municipal agencies.
