Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project to include all materials, tools, supplies, storage, freight, design, and labor. 2. Proper approved manufacturer preparation and installation procedures shall be adhered to. Project to be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. 3. Remove and dispose of existing wall covering materials. 4. Repair and prepare all of the wall surfaces to be finished. 5. Paint walls, trim, ceilings, and door frames with a durable Alkyd Urethane paint to match the existing painted surfaces. Walls and ceilings to be a low sheen and door frames to be gloss sheen finish. Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Water Based Alkyd Urethane Enamel or equal. 6. Paint the areas of meeting room’s walls that previously had been wall papered. Shall be a contrasting color chosen by GICC. Use the same Alkyd Urethane paint specified. 7. Install new heavy duty wall covering materials in the Boardrooms. Material specifications chosen by GICC. MDC Fair Weather 54 inch 20 oz. BBFW05-4133 and BBFW14-4133 or equal. 8. Supply and install Inpro brand Palladium Rubrail 8 inch wide chair rail or equal on all six meeting room walls. GICC to choose color of materials. 9. Install new clear plastic 1 1/8 inch screw mounted wing corner guards in all rooms on painted corners. 10. Refinish and repair all wood doors, trim, baseboard and cabinets in all rooms specified. Touch up finish is acceptable. 11. All carpentry, painting, wall covering, and associated work necessary will be included in this project. 12. Work to be completed in stages as directed by GICC representatives. 13. All associated work necessary for the completion of the project will be included. 14. Jobsite to be cleaned daily and existing surfaces protected from damage. The jobsite shall be cleaned after installation is completed. 15. Provide a 10% overstock of wall covering materials and paint for attic stock. 16. Provide a full 12 month warranty on materials, labor, and workmanship.
