Specifications include, but are not limited to: A comprehensive operations, preventive maintenance, repair services, and sewer system evaluation services for the existing flow monitoring network in both the North and South Fulton service areas. The current network consists of 225 triton+ sanitary sewer flow monitors, 26 RainAlert III (rain gauges), and 32 Echo level reading devices. All equipment and services for this project are critical in supporting the County’s ability keep all people healthy by maintaining approximately 69,000 manholes and 3,000 miles of sewer line within five major basins: Camp Creek in the Southern part of the County; Big Creek, Johns Creek, Little River and Nancy Creek in the Northern part of the County. Additionally, the monitors are required for compliance with Intergovernmental Wastewater Service Agreements and the billing of municipalities per the applicable agreements.
