Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Site Preparation –This item includes, but no limited to, dewatering, mobilization, surface obstruction removal, traffic control, staging, andsite restoration. Dewatering will need to take place downstream of the system in order to allow for water to be removed. The contractor shall take care to not overly disturb the jurisdictional areas. Pricing shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to temporally dewater the project site. Work orders will be issued for each project site, which will range in scope at the discretion of Glynn County. Dewatering materials will need to be removed as necessary in the event ofstorm-water.2.System cleaning –Glynn County places no estimate on the amount of cleaning needed under this contract. The contractor will be required to remove and dispose of any and all silt buildup, sediment, rock, roots, and organic or man-made debris. The unit cost associated with this task shall include any and all labor, equipment, and ma-terials.3.System Inspection–The pipe systems are to be inspected by closed circuit television after each system is cleaned. All pipes and structures must be free of water and debris during the video inspection.The videos shall provide a clean view of the invert of the pipe for the entire length of inspection. The camera shall stop at each joint and video each joint with a 360 degree rotating camera head.The operator shall bring the camera to a complete stop at all suspected defects, noted observations, and service connections; panning and tilting the camera to closely observe the observation. CCTV collection software shall be capable of locating any observation to within ± 1 (one)foot accuracy.Lighting for the camera shall be suitable to allow for a clear picture of the entirety periphery of the pipe. The contractor shall submit all final video inspection data (i.e. videos, maps with notes, and defect scoring sheets)to Glynn County.All video submittals shall be made in a digital format capable of being displayed via standard media technology, such as, a computer, CD or DVD drive, or a DVD player.
