Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Work to be performed outside of regular office hours. Regular office hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday – Friday.•Minimum tasks performed twice per weekoEmpty waste bins in all spaces.oSweep all common area hard floors and as necessary perform spot mopping/wiping to remove minor stains.oClean glass doors and windows as needed at entrances/exits, kitchen area and lobby area.oReplace tissue, towels, soap and toiletries as needed.oClean/sanitize restrooms to include urinals, toilets, counters, sinks, faucets and mirrorsoClean kitchen/break area to include countertops, dining table, chairs and sink. Replace paper towels as needed.oSweep/vacuum entrance mat(s) at main entranceoSweep/clear area immediately near main entrance•Minimum tasks performed once per weekoVacuum two small conference roomsoDust hard non-floor surfaces in lobby/main entrance and vacuum small conference room floors as neededoVacuum Executive Directors office•Minimum tasks performed once per monthoVacuum carpeted individual office spaces (Please propose this item as an optional service with price.
