Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide Limited Rehab and Repair Services to Low-Moderate Income Homeowners in the City of Atlanta who are currently on the City of Atlanta's program waiting list. b. Accurately bid a project and enter into the appropriate agreement with the Homeowner for the agreed scope of work. c. Work with the DGCD inspection team to complete appropriate work write-ups. d. The Subrecipient is expected to help the homeowners with safe, clean and energy efficient homes that provides a suitable and healthier living environment. e. Make every attempt to maintain the historical integrity of the property and follow all Section 106 guidelines for historic preservation. f. Be able to perform the following services that include but are not limited to: Roofing, gutters, flashing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Light Mechanical, general carpentry, and other services outlined in the scope of work
