Specifications include, but are not limited to:providing all necessary labor, services, equipment and parts to undertake and to perform grease trap cleaning services on a semi-annual basis for 50 outside and/or inside greasetrapsintheDistrict’sschoolsandrelatedequipmentinaccordancewithcityordinancesandanyandallother applicable local, state or federal regulations. The Vendor shall date and replace service stickers on all grease traps if applicable. During the requested times of service, a custodian or cafeteria manager shall be on site. The successful vendor must be able to clean the Grease Trap at each school in a timely manner during the Christmas break at the end of December each year and during the month of July each year.
