Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Demolish and remove Kell Hall columns and Foundations to 1'-6" below grade in lieu of removal in their entirety. 2 Insulated stucco (EIFS) in lieu of Aluminum Storefront on wall re-enclosing Sparks-Kell Connector. 3 Salvage and store Kell Hall entry arch in lieu of salvage and replacement of arch. 4 Omit under-stair LED strip lighting except at top and bottom riser of each run of new stairs. 5 Decommission, cap and abandon in place existing mechanical unit on Sparks Hall roof serving Kell Hall in lieu of demolishing and removing unit. 6 Provide galvanized vertical picket rail in lieu of all stainless steel cable rails. 7 Remove site stair adjacent to Sparks Hall from scope. 8 Omit new granite bands along main pedestrian path. 9 Provide insulated stucco (EIFS) in lieu of Precast veneer on Langdale Hall.
