Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Room Cleaning (Offices, Cubicle, Conference Rooms, Break Room, Training Room, Common Areas, Hallways) i. Empty waste receptacles and remove waste to outside provided dumpster. ii. Wash and damp wipe, inside and outside of all waste receptacles presenting a soiled or odorous condition. iii. Replace can liners daily. iv. Dust mop and/or sweep all hard surface areas and damp mop using a germicidal solution. v. Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted floors including corners, underneath desk areas. vi. Spot clean all carpeted areas as required. vii. Remove all mats and runners and clean flooring underneath. Vacuum all mats and/or runners. viii. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains. ix. Main Exterior Entrance landing will be maintained free of trash, debris, cobwebs, and gum. Empty trash cans and replace liner. Clean all front door interior and exterior glass. Maintain door thresholds and/or saddles. b. Restrooms i. Clean and sanitize all urinals and commodes in and outside, including stainless steel chrome piping/bright work. ii. Clean all sink units, including stainless steel chrome piping/bright work. iii. Clean mirrors and counter tops.
