Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop, enhance and guide the concept of multi-tiered/PBIS practices as prescribed by the Georgia Department of Education. 2. Provide technical assistance to effectively manage the operation of the grant initiative. These data will also be used for ongoing initiative improvement and for preparation of monthly and annual reporting. 3. Provide benchmarks and performance targets to monitor progress toward specific project objectives. 4. Enhance capacity for implementing with fidelity and sustaining a multi-tiered behavioral framework by providing training and technical assistance. 5. Design and conduct an intensive evaluation for approximately 21 schools, including collection and analysis of relevant process data. 6. Develop and/or improve the quality, accessibility, and usefulness of data collection and data-based decision making related to improving school climate.
