Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform installation, repairs and replacement of walls, suspended ceilings, floor covering, doors and hardware, masonry, cabinetry, and other related fixtures and equipment in accordance with the specifications. Those specifications shall determine method, parts, and workmanship for work to meet quality and code requirements at designated MARTA Facilities. 2. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, equipment, labor, specialized workmanship and supervision required to perform all tasks at rates provided on the Exhibit C. 3. The Contractor shall supply all materials cost on reimbursable basis at cost with a maximum mark-up of five percent (5%). 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all associated permits as required, according to the nature of the work requested by the Authority. 5. All work shall be performed in such a manner as to minimize the impact to the daily operations of the Authority. Work plans must be approved by the Manager of Building Maintenance or designee prior to any work taking place on the Authority’s premises. In accordance with the approved schedule, the Contractor shall seek the Authority’s acceptance of completed work prior to submittal of invoices.
