Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DeKalb County School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish the labor, materials, equipment and implementation for a GPS Technology Solution System that includes Routing and Planning, a Parent Notification System, Student Ridership, and Fleet Metric Systems. The needs of the District are outlined in the Request for Proposal. The DeKalb County School District Fleet and Special Transportation Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to implement, install, provide system support, and training for a “turnkey” GPS technology solution system that is cloud hosted and meets the district’s current needs with the ability to be expanded to meet future needs. The system must be able to integrate with all existing and concurrent systems, without compromising the efficacy of the overall system. The proposed integrated solution must meet the technical, support, service, system integration, and business requirements as defined in the RFP.
