Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) On‑site management for all day‑to‑day food service operations and liaison with RWS and Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation and Specialty Hospitals, Inc. (RWSH). 2) Purchasing all items necessary to conduct the daily food service operation at RWS except as provided in Attachment C – Program Requirements Document. 3) Preparation, service and delivery of all items necessary to conduct the daily food service operation at RWS. 4) Maintaining routine cleaning and housekeeping of food service preparation, service, and storage areas. 5) Abiding by federal, state, county, municipal, and regulatory agency directives pertaining to food laws and handler regulations, and shall obtain and maintain such license(s) as may be necessary to permit a food service operation on the premises of RWS. 6) Providing dietitian services. 7) Hiring and paying employees for the food service operation based on staffing patterns (subject to approval by RWS). 8) Maintaining appropriate and adequate insurance. 9) Maintain and keep complete records of all transactions related to daily food service operation at RWS. 10) The ability to produce an invoice that groups meal service provided to RWS and RWSH.
