Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The vendor shall furnish and deliver Fire Department uniforms and materials as indicated on the “Bid Price Sheets.” 2. All items shall be new, name brand, and of first quality. All garments shall be labeled with the manufacturer’s name, laundry instructions, country of manufacturer, and material composition of the garment. 3. Prices shall include measuring personnel and assuring proper fit. 4. Unit prices shall include embroidery, sewing, and computer tape or silk screening as required. All artwork, negatives, plates, disc, etc. produced by the vendor for this contract becomes the property of Henry County and must be surrendered on demand. All Station/Work and Inspections shirts shall include the sewing on of two (2) department supplied shoulder patches, one (1) department supplied badge patch above the left breast pocket, and a department supplied EMT or Paramedic rocker beneath the left shoulder patch, a vendor supplied last name strip above the right breast pocket and vendor supplied collar rank insignias.
