Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wiregrass Georgia Technical College (WGTC) is seeking a vendor that can implement state of the art technology with world class customer support. WGTC is requesting quotes for different bandwidth options for connectivity to each campus location. Utilize the Cost Proposal Sheet attached to the Bid Event to provide a quote for each connection and each option listed within the WGTC Mandatory and Optional Sites document. Vendors must provide a quote for both bandwidth options to be considered for an award. This contract will be awarded to one vendor. WGTC will determine the bandwidth that will be utilized for this contract. The installation/facility development fee and the annualized recurring monthly fee, to include all incidental charges/fees to be applied, will be added together to determine each vendor’s total cost for evaluation purposes. The following list provides the contractual obligations for the vendor. Each vendor must indicate their ability to fulfill these requirements within the Mandatory Response Worksheet attached to the Bid Event. • The WAN connection between each campus may not traverse the public internet. Only central office/meet point connectivity is allowed. • The WAN service shall use layer 2 switching to interconnect campus locations. • WAN bandwidth should be at least what is specified in the table below. • Circuits will be synchronous. • All connections shall be given unique identification numbers and shall be tied to a unique customer number for the college. • A written vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) with financial backing is required for service availability. The SLA compensation for outages must be equal to or greater than the cost of services lost if a service outage lasts longer than the agreed upon amount of time to repair the connection. SLA’s must make reasonable efforts to respond to and clear service interruptions within the time frames set forth below. o Network Availability 99.95% o Mean Time to respond via telephone, 30 minutes o Mean time to restore equipment, 4 hours o Mean time to restore fiber, 6 hours • The network should support QoS. This will allow WGTC to transport Voice and Video to the remote sites as priority packets in future projects. Each site will be able to converse with each other. Again this will allow WGTC to possibly configure a remote site as a “Disaster Recovery” site should there be any catastrophic event.
