Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intention of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority is to engage one (or more) firms, for the provision of a high quality robust employee recognition program for employees staffed at the facilities of the GA World Congress Center Authority with consistent delivery and outstanding customer service. The intent of the program will be one that recognizes, rewards, and engages employees at every phase of their life cycle as an employee of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority; which includes but not limited to attendance, onboarding, performance, development, customer service, innovation, productivity, safety, and other engagement initiatives including wellness, outreach, corporate social responsibility, etc. This program is to provide an opportunity to recognize staff for their contributions, dedication, and commitment to the GA World Congress Center Authority.
