Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to complete future work projects In accordance with the terms of this RFP. Vendor shall visit each project site and become familiar with all conditions that may affect the work. A written estimate must be provided and approved by appropriate CCSD Personnel before project begins. 2.2 The vendor agrees to provide the following items for the project and to perform in accordance with the contract conditions: 2.2.1 All labor, materials and equipment required to complete the work. 2.2.2 All supervision and coordination of each work project. 2.2.3 All required insurance and certificates. 2.2.4 All permits, licenses, inspection fees, etc. 2.2.5 All administration, financial and safety aspects. 2.2.6 All samples and shop drawings submitted in a timely manner for approval. 2.2.7 All work completed within the estimated completion date. 2.2.8 All required completion close-out documents (e.g. warranties, lien waivers, completion certificates, governing inspection certificates, etc.) 2.2.9 If requested by the CCSD, provide an estimate of total project costs as a guaranteed maximum amount prior to commencing work on the project. 2.2.10 Label panel when adding new circuits. 2.2.11 If existing circuits need to be relocated, panel must be relabeled. 2.2.12 Before adding new circuits or equipment to existing circuits verify that total loads in panels or main are in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code). 2.2.13 Provide as built drawings to the CCSD Maintenance Department. 2.2.14 The contract may be awarded to one or more vendors. Individual jobs may be quoted by the awarded vendors at the discretion of the District.
