Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Provide a fully hosted solution that does not require the purchase, installation or maintenance of any current or future hardware. 2.2 Provide a dedicated account manager. 2.3 Web based system administration. 2.4 All phone calls, text messages and e-mails must originate from supplier server per Software as a Service (SaaS) model. 2.5 Interface must support the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. 2.6 System must be able to dial long distance telephone numbers. 2.7 Data must be available for import into the CCSD data warehouse. 2.8 Data transmission/interfacing must be accomplished through acceptance of plain text flat files through a secure FTP (file transfer protocol) process hosted by the vendor.
