Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms that are interested in and capable of repairing a failed detention pond dam located behind 4684 Quailwood Drive, Flowery Branch, Georgia, 30542. A. The successful bidder shall be responsible for creating a safe and permanent access road within the existing access easement from Quailwood Drive. A culvert pipe may be needed for the access road. B. The successful bidder shall clear and grub all trees in the access easement and on the dam. C. The successful bidder shall repair the blow out in the dam. The price should include all new pipe for the OCS outfall; however, some of the existing pipe may be salvaged. D. The bid should include all anticipated Land Surveying fees for construction staking and locating the easements. E. The bid should include an option to rebuild the entire dam.
