(estimate) Exterior Description: Concrete block Land Use: Commercial - Automotive repair shop. Contractor shall use the methods of demolition required to complete the work in accordance with all codes, ordinances, and requirements of governing authorities. · Contractor agrees to furnish all tools, equipment, labor and materials for the proposed asbestos removal in accordance with all applicable specifications, codes, and ordinances of the City of Morrow, GA. · Contractor will remove all ACM as identified in the accompanying Asbestos Survey in accordance with all applicable State, Federal, and Local regulations. · Document amounts of ACM removed from each structure · Document ACM disposal at the designated landfill site, through the use of load tickets and landfill tickets. · Demolition waste material shall be removed in a manner to ensure the safety of persons and provide adequate safeguards to protect the general public, surrounding properties and public right-of-ways. Protective safety measurements should be used in this regard. · Contractor shall schedule demolition activities to minimize delays, storage of debris, and construction traffic on-site. · Contractor shall take whatever steps necessary to control dust during demolition and removal. · Contractor shall prevent mud from tracking on city streets. · No burning of demolition waste is permitted inside the city limits of Morrow. · Contractor is required to bring the exiting building sewer line to final grade and cap line. · Contractor will fill and compact all depressions with clean fill soil. · Contractor will grade lot to match adjacent topography and provide positive drainage. · Contractor shall not perform work that creates noise before 7 am and after 8 pm Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, work cannot commence until after 1 pm and must conclude by 8 pm.
