Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Griffin Campus Renovation and Backfill project, approximately 29,000 gsf, planned for the 100 Building and a portion of the 200 Building (100 Hall and 200 Hall) would provide the opportunity to remove all mobile units on campus and create space for improved campus access. With the renovation and backfill initiative project, Student Support Services and other departments in the college would relocate from their existing locations which would allow the college to offer services to students and stakeholders in one location. The 200 Building renovation would create a one-stop location allowing students to apply for admission and financial aid, change programs of study, and receive information relative to student success. The 100 Building will be repurposed for relocating the VA Center and Special Populations, as well as house the Athletic Department, Human Resources, and Facilities’ storage. Removal of all mobile units will also allow for additional parking.
